1999 graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages (German) of the Faculty of Philology of Artsakh State University.
 

Career Experience
2000-2001 lecturer at Mesrop Mashtots University.
2000-2005 lecturer at the Stepanakert branch of Yerevan University of Management.
2000-2001 correspondent of "Azat Artsakh" republican newspaper.
2000-2001 editor of the "Artsakh University" official newspaper of Artsakh State University.
2002 founded and still heads the "Hayki Serund" NGO.
2003-2004 worked as a German language teacher at Stepanakert Physics and Mathematics School.
2004-2005 1st class specialist of the Secretariat of the Civil Service Council of the Republic of Artsakh.
2006-2007 correspondent of "Armenpress" state news agency in Artsakh.
2007-2008 artistic director of the " Artsakhi Balikner" children's dance ensemble.
2009-2010 held the position of Advisor to the Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.
2012-2018 held the position of the director of "Avem Group" LLC.
2018-2020 assistant to the Administration of Governmental Affairs of the President’s Office of the Republic of Artsakh.
January –September 2021 held the position of Deputy Minister of Labor, Social and Migration Affairs of the Artsakh Republic.
September 1, 2021 by the decree of the President of the Artsakh Republic was appointed Minister of Labor, Social and Migration Affairs of the Artsakh Republic.
February 10, 2022 by the decree of the President of the Artsakh Republic was appointed Minister of Social Development and Migration.
 

Other information
2006-2012 founding member of the Association of Youth Organizations of the World Armenian Congress.
She has been a member of the Council of the World Armenian Congress since 2012.
She has been a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh since 2015.
2005 awarded with a certificate of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia for active public activity.
2017 commemorating medal of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Artsakh for a great contribution to the formation of the public sphere of Artsakh.

Her husband, volunteer Yervand Hajiyan, died in 2020, October 6, during the defence of the borders of Artsakh Republic. She has 2 children.
