Arayik Harutyunyan participated in the opening ceremony of a new kindergarten in Noragyugh

On September 20, acting Prime Minister of Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan participated in the opening ceremony of a new kindergarten in the village of Noragyugh of Askeran region.
This two-storeyed building foreseen for 100 children has been built with co-financing of a benefactor from Argentina Hovsep Tahta and the Government of Artsakh. The building has all modern conveniences.
In his speech A.Harutyunyan thanked the benefactor for his patriotism. “In 1966 a school building was built by the family Tahta in the village of Vaghuhas. Today this building serves as a kindergarten as the number of schoolchildren grew and there was a necessity to build a new school building. Such a progress is possible with our patriotic benefactors like Hovsep Tahta”, mentioned A.Harutyunyan and handed the benefactor the medal “Gratitude” awarded by Bako Sahakyan for his contribution in the development of economy and science of Artsakh.
The benefactor thanked for the award and emphasized that creation of educational institutions is very important for his family as today’s generation will substitute us tomorrow. After the ceremony of sanctification A.Harutyunyan passed round with the benefactor to see the conveniences of the building.
Executive director of the all-armenian fund “Hayastan” Ara Vardanyan, acting minister of urban development Karen Shahramanyan, guests from the RA and Diaspora partook at the event.
