The State Minister visited the Maternal and Child Health Care Center

On December 21, State Minister of the Artsakh Republic Artak Beglaryan, together with the Minister of Healthcare Mikael Hayriyan, Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan, visited the "Maternal and Child Health Care Center" CJSC of the Ministry of Health and met with the staff. The reason for the meeting was the concern of the employees due to the coronavirus vaccination, in general, the current conditions of quarantine and their observance. The Minister of State informed that the issue of easing the quarantine conditions, taking into account the current reduction of the epidemic, is undergoing additional discussions, and a new decision will be made in the near future. Artak Beglaryan especially emphasized that it is necessary to carry out serious explanatory work among the population so that people voluntarily pass the full course of vaccination and save lives. The State Minister attached importance to the responsibility and high public awareness of everyone to strictly follow the restrictions set by the Government in the conditions of quarantine. The Minister of Health and the Human Rights Defender also made speeches and answered questions. A. Beglaryan and M. Hayriyan discussed with the staff of the center some issues related to the building and material security of the maternity hospital, informing that the staff will soon fulfill its mission in the new building of the modern maternity hospital with wide possibilities.
